Welcome to the International Student Surgical Network (InciSioN) Ghana. By registering as a member and using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to health professionals and trainees with an interest in global surgery. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep your profile updated.

2. Membership Dues

Full Membership is absolutely free, whilst Full Membership Plus requires annual dues paid via the platform. Dues are non-refundable. Membership benefits remain active until your renewal date.

3. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to uphold the values of InciSioN Ghana — integrity, collaboration, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or misuse of platform resources may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Use of Platform

You agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, or attempt to access data belonging to other members. Content shared in community channels must be professional and relevant.

5. Events & Training

Registration for events and courses is subject to availability. InciSioN Ghana reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. Certificates of completion are issued at the discretion of the Education team.

6. Changes to Terms

InciSioN Ghana may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
