InciSioN Ghana is committed to protecting the personal information of our members. This statement explains what we collect and how we use it.
We collect the information you provide during registration — name, email, phone, institution, location, and professional details. We also record your activity on the platform, such as event attendance and course progress.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Aggregate, de-identified statistics may be shared with partners for advocacy and research. Individual data is only shared with your consent or where required by law.
Access to your data is restricted to authorized administrators. Passwords are encrypted and payment details are processed securely through our payment provider — we do not store card numbers.
You may update your profile at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Note that anonymized engagement records may be retained for reporting.
